Privacy Policy
Golden Retriever Club ("the app") is made by Altcomm d.o.o. ("we", "us"). This page explains what the app does with information, in plain words. The short version: the app does not have accounts, and what you put into it stays on your phone.
What stays on your phone
Everything you create in the app is stored only on your device: your dog's profile and photo, your diary entries, puzzle progress, streaks, paws, treats, settings, and anything you write in the club sections. We do not upload it, we cannot see it, and it is removed when you delete the app or use Settings → Delete my data.
Photos you add from your camera or gallery are copied into the app's private folder on your device. The app asks for access to the camera or gallery only when you tap to add a photo.
Photos of members' dogs
The puzzle photos in the app are real Golden Retrievers sent in by members of The Goldens community on Facebook. Each one was used with the owner's permission and is credited with the dog's and the owner's name. If one of them is your photo and you want it changed or removed, write to [email protected] and we will take it out in the next update.
Advertising
The app is free and may show ads served by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). When ads are shown, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, an approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads, in order to serve and measure ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any ads are loaded, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy settings (ads). On any Android phone you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in the system settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
If the app offers a "Remove ads" purchase, the purchase is handled by Google Play. We receive a confirmation of the purchase and never see your payment details.
What we do not do
- No accounts, no sign-in, no e-mail address asked for inside the app.
- No selling of personal data.
- No precise location. "Goldens near you" works with a town you type in yourself, nothing else.
- No tracking across other apps or websites by us.
Analytics and crash reports
This version of the app does not send usage analytics or crash reports to us. If a future version adds them (for example to see which puzzle sizes people like, or to catch crashes), the data will be anonymous and this page will say so before it ships.
Children
The app is meant for adults who love Golden Retrievers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- Delete everything: Settings → Delete my data, or uninstall the app.
- Ads consent (EEA/UK/CH): Settings → Privacy settings (ads).

Changes
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
